i would like to be able to check my card balance online, or add money.
I would like to look up card number on back of card, to check my balance, or add money using debit, or credit card.

about Card Balances for easy use for customers to call.
about a customer calling to find out his or her balance on the card before they get to the laundry mat. So they would know there balance

Different pricing options for customers who only dry
People bring wet clothes to the store because the dryers are priced low. I would like to charge these customers more because they have not paid for a wash. The clothes are more saturated with water because they haven't been spun with one of my washers, so it takes more time to dry.

Multiple coupons/ One time use.
I'd really like it if you can have multiple coupons going at once and have one time use coupons so I can print QR codes with the coupons an stick them on products to have lucky winners.

restroom door lock
we install card readers to activate the door locks. we would like to charge customers for using the restrooms if they are not using the washers or dryers on that day.

Credit Card
I would really think we should have the customer enter their zip code as a security and since we cant really verify that the real cardholder are the one who is using the card, most of the gas stations doing it ,why can we do it .

TIME OF DAY PROMO FOR COUPONS. NOT JUST START AND END. Option to require address.
time of day promo option for coupon. not just start and end date. option to require address. The big one: multi-level type coupon promo where customers recruit other customers and each time a percentage goes on thewir card every time they wash. Would require ability to run multiple promos at a time. Or ability to assign customers a code they give out; their personal code, drawing peiople in the store knowing every time they wash they're getting something out of it. It takes advantage of the power of a personal referral, which is the most powerful of all. I'm testing… more

Transfering Customer Information after a Lost Card
If a customer has registered their Laundry Card and they eventually loss the card, there is a benefit because the manager can retrieve the card & balance information and issue the customer a new card. This is great, but what about the customer or laundry owner having to re-enter the registration information over again for the new card. Could you easily tag the old card data and have the data automatically migrated over to the new card? This would be a benefit.

A re-designed Card Reader for the X-Changer
I would like to see a modified or re-designed card reader for the X-Changer which can read the cards more effectively. Customers are getting frustrated at hearing the "your card has not been read correctly, please remove and re-insert your card" message. At a very minnimum additionaly guidance should be added to encourage the customer to "re-insert your card rapidly", as it appears to be a natural tendancy for the customer to actually insert the card even slower on subsequent tries.

Why do you make the attendant clock in on my time so they can use the bathroom? It shouldn't be this way.

Customer Registration - telephone input template
It is slightly confusing when a customer registers their phone number. The ideal solution would be to have the numbers populate a mask or template like when you enter IP addresses. The mask would have the area code separated from the prefix by a permanent (-) dash and another (-) separate the last four numbers. The field would populate as you enter the number automatically. (ie: 914-273-5757 where the dashes are permanent).

Add foam gasket around LCD on card reader
What about adding a piece of foam, with a rectangular hole in it that would get compressed between the reader and bezel during the assembly process, to keep dust & debris from getting in there?

Color coded transactions
It would help if the various types of transactions were color coded in the Card Activity, etc., screens. Blue for washer sales, red for dryer sales, green for cash adds, and ____ for credit card adds?

Shutdown for attendant's card.
Need a shutdown feature on the attendant's card so they can perform this task during off-peak hours, as required. Currently a Manager's card is required to do this- I do not want to give the attendant a managers card to do this. To many features are on the card.

Our attendant should be able to in-vaidate our used laundry cards.
Allowing our Attendant to in-validate our used laundry cards for reuse in the CCi dispensers would free up mananger work load and help keep cards available on a daily basis.

Re-align your touch-screen within Laundry Card Software
Many customers want to re-align their touch-screen. We could make it easier for them by re-aligning it from within the laundry card software.
